Violence against women has long remained hidden, ignored as a matter of society, public health and safety.
Historically, domestic violence has even been viewed as a private family matter that need not involve the government or criminal justice. It was not until the 1990s that the first investigations on the subject were carried out and their scope was revealed.
Violences, whether physical, verbal, sexual or even moral, are traumatic for both the body and the mind. It is therefore essential to offer victims the opportunity to benefit from comprehensive care, from a medical, psychological and legal point of view, in order to help them turn the page.

1. In order to receive your participation certificate, you must apply via the link below. If you do not apply, you may participate, but won’t receive a certificate.
2. EMSA and non-EMSA Members are welcome to attend the conference.
3. For our EMSA Members, the certificates are free. For non-EMSA members, the certificates are 5 lei.
4. Deadline to apply (to receive your cerificate): THURS 10/12 – 14:00.
5. Following your application, you are expected to show up – if not, you will be banned from attending any events by EMSA Iasi.
6. You must have a Microsoft Teams account (with an UMF Iasi domain) in order to join the conference, to which you will be added in due time.
7. We will start the call 15 mins before the scheduled time.
8. As the maximum number of attendees is 250, only those selected will be added to the Microsoft Teams group in due time. If you haven’t been added, your application was outside of the 250 limit and you will unfortunately not be able to attend.
